Your space in a workshop is reserved only once full payment has been received.

Participants are not to attend workshops should they display any signs of illness. We will gladly rebook your workshop to the next available date if you need to postpone due to illness.

We will endeavour to send email reminders in the lead up to the workshop; however, in the event you forget or are unable to attend a workshop and fail to send someone in your place, the ticket is non-transferable after the event.

Whilst arriving, attending, and leaving the workshops, it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain and adhere to all safety precautions and requirements during the workshop.

By attending a workshop, you agree to holding full responsibility and liability to any damage caused to persons or property during the workshop.

Workshops have specific age restrictions of 14+ and clothing requirements which are spelled out on the workshop page. It remains the responsibility of the participants to ensure they adhere to these requirements. A copy of the safety contract will be given to participants to sign on arrival of each workshop.

The Silver Room reserves the right to cancel a workshop if we are unable meet the minimum attendance requirements for the workshop. Customers will be given at least 72 hours’ notice of a cancellation. In the event that we cancel a workshop, a full refund or re-booking will be given to the customer(s).
