Refunds & Exchanges

All workshop fees are non-refundable.

Workshop tickets may be able to be re-booked to a later available date if notice is provided to us no later than 48 hours prior to the workshop. You may also pass your ticket to someone else who is able to attend the workshop in your place.

We are unable to re-book tickets within 48 hours of the booking. The same policy applies to no-shows, to those who miss their booked workshop time and those who arrive at their workshop too late for our instructors to be able to catch them up while continuing the rest of the workshop.

If no dates are available or suitable for both parties within 6 weeks of the initial cancellation or re-booking attempt (and you cancelled prior to the 48 hour requirement), then a refund may be issued in good faith.
